Plants vs Animals- Tolerance Ranges for Temperature
Plants and animals must withstand tolerance ranges in order to survive and reproduce. Both organisms have their own way in doing this. However it would be expected that animals have the greater tolerance range for temperature. As some species of animals may be able to survive best in very cold temperatures but will die in very hot conditions. For example the Polar Bear will survive best in the Artic but will die in Tropical Queensland.
